Hollie Morgan has built and scaled specialist desks, created candidate pathways, trained new recruiters into capable 360 consultants, and strengthened team performance in complex, relationship-led markets.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

Over time, working across rural, remote and underserved healthcare settings, Hollie saw a clear gap — not just in access to talent, but in how recruitment capability is built, supported and sustained within these markets. While she loves the industry, success on the desk alone was no longer enough. It became clear her impact could go further beyond the desk.

Chosen Ground was built to close that gap.

Hollie's work is shaped by real-world experience across Australia, including several years living and working in the Northern Territory. She brings practical, on-the-ground market understanding, alongside a genuine respect for the communities, cultures and environments behind every placement decision.

Originally from the UK and from a multicultural background, Hollie has always worked across diverse environments. This continues to shape how she builds relationships and works across different communities, with empathy, clarity and accountability.

Alongside her commercial work, Hollie actively supports young people from multicultural and often challenging backgrounds through her role as Deputy Youth Representative for St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland. This work reflects a genuine desire to help others build confidence, succeed and access meaningful employment pathways.
